Your privacy is very important to Wyndham Mills International. This Privacy
Statement defines the commitment of Wyndham Mills International to protect the
privacy of personal information that is collected or used in the course
of conducting business. By submitting identifying data, a visitor to our
Web site is agreeing to WMI's use of such data as
described in this privacy statement.
I. RESUMES
When registration information and/or your resume is submitted by you, your
information and your resume are hosted on external servers. If you apply
for a job or elect to register with Wyndham MIlls International at this Web
site, WMI and other qualified, registered parties will be able to view your information and your
resume.
Wyndham Mills International requests your personal information at these
collection points and maintains the information on a server which
will be accessed by WMI and qualified, registered third parties. WMI believes that developing your career is a life-long
process, and even after your information has been entered into the Talent Network resume database, WMI retains
indefinitely all the information gathered about you in an effort to make
your repeat use with the WMI Talent Network and Center for Leadership more efficient, practical and
relevant.
II. ASSESSMENTS, eBLASTS, AND E-NEWSLETTERS
Use of Personal Information by WMI
We use the information we gather on the Talent Network and Center for Leadership
for the purpose of fostering a positive user/client experience, delivering the
services that we offer and, ultimately, to create sales
opportunities. We may use your contact information that you provide in
the online registration forms to contact you via telephone, e-mail,
direct mail or other communications regarding profile fits, updates at
the WMI site, such as new Talent Network
opportunities and services which may be of interest to you, or for
telemarketing purposes. Should you decide that you would no longer like
to be contacted by Wyndham MIlls International, please notify WMI
and our best efforts will be used to remove you from our contact list.
If you do not wish to receive future e-mails from WMI,
please reply to the WMI e-mail solicitation by selecting the Unsubscribe from this email or Manage your subscription links at the bottom of the message. Please note that the Talent Network email list must be removed separately than normal WMI email correspondence. If directions are followed from both links, you should not receive
similar e-mail solicitations from WMI in the future.
Disclosure of your Information to Others
Wyndham MIlls International uses your information internally but does not
disclose your personal information to third parties, except as set forth
in the following four subparagraphs.
- We may disclose such information to companies and
individuals we employ or contract to perform functions on our behalf.
Examples may include (i) the storing of your personal information in an
external, third party owned database, and (ii) electronic mail
campaigns, whereby the third party stores your user information on their
server. These individuals/companies will have access to your personal
information as necessary to perform their functions, but they may not
share that information with any other third party.

we believe in good faith that such action is necessary to: (a) conform

consolidation or purchase of all or a substantial portion of our assets.
- We may disclose such information to companies and individuals that may be interested in your qualifications as a prospective employee or hiring manager.
Security
Wyndham Mills International has implemented technical and organizational
measures designed to secure your personal information, including
firewalls, Intrusion Detection Systems, secured servers and database
security, from accidental loss and from unauthorized access, use,
alteration or disclosure. We continually update our network to protect
the confidentiality of our data. Due to constantly changing
environments; however, we cannot guarantee that unauthorized third
parties will never be able to defeat those measures or use your personal
information for improper purposes.
Children
Wyndham Mills International web site is not intended for children under 16 years of
age. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children
under 16.
Changes to Privacy Statement

post those changes here so that you will always know what information we
gather, how we might use that information, and to whom we will disclose
