We evaluate leaders for the proper experience level and appropriate cultural “fit” within your organization.

Our Follow-Through

Once a candidate is selected and hired, WMI provides our proprietary three-month onboarding program to enable the new hire to be productive from the very start. This is a crucial step in the process and one that is often overlooked. We will explain the importance of executive onboarding and the impact of this coaching on a successful integration.

Our Guarantee

Simply put, once we discuss the agreed upon qualifications for the position, we will present you with at least two candidates who fully meet the established criteria within 90 days.
