Our clients are the hiring company. Candidates refer to the individuals contacted and presented by WMI to the hiring company.

Retained search firms are paid a fee, by the company initiating the search, to find a qualified candidate for a specific position. Retained firms perform integral roles throughout the entire hiring process, including relocation and negotiation. A contingency firm is contacted by a company to produce a number of candidates — contingency firms are only paid upon placement of an individual. Contact us to discuss more about our fee structure.

Yes. Many times our clients contract with us to find qualified candidates for positions both here in the U.S. and abroad.

Absolutely. Any information you provide to WMI is regarded as both proprietary and confidential and will not be released to anyone without your consent. We operate in highly specialized searches and do not share information in any form without your consent.

On average, our clients are presented with a group of qualified candidates in 45 days or less.
